For all the mom's out there, including my own...

Thank you for deciding to take the plunge into motherhood

whether by choice or not

I know that this is how it felt for you giving birth

believe me, you've told me enough times

and you said this is how I sounded

which ironically you say you miss

But remember, I clean up well

and promise to take care of it if you say I can keep it

eventually, I may even turn out to be a quiet, respectable citizen

and you'll have a lot to show for it
